Can I switch my greenstar 4000 on at the boiler... the engineer set it up for thermostate on off as regards heating... on the salus guage there is 'manual' setting is that the key.. its a bit of a pain running up the stairs to turn the heating on at the thermostate.. regards

Your instructions are superb. Many thanks. A couple of questions if I may. 1. Do I have to change the olives if I'm installing new valves? 2. If I replace more than one radiator. Do I refill each radiator individually or reopen the valves on all (I've replaced four in a bungalow) and refill.

Thank you. It was very informative. My timer is switched off as I do not use the heating but the clock is still making ticking noises like a clock. Is there any way to switch that sound off?

At 18 mins exactly the boiler showing is the one I have , Is that the way it should be connected ? As I have my receivers L and N double up , and it won't control the heating , however it looks like it is working , but the heating doesn't go up and down , hot water is still working aswell . Have I done it wrong ? Or is there something I'm missing ?

we had our boiler fitted 2 and a half years ago so I thought its time we had it serviced they servied it in march this year but since they servied it the pressure goes done to in a about a week the engineer came back checked th boiler and all raidiators but could not find any leaks could it be th relief valve or the exspansion chamber thet is causing the pressure to drop there is no sign of leaks anywere I have checked quite aa few time I evening took floor board up on the landing as I had some work done some months ago all dry any ideas please

Dear Mark, I have been using for 3 years CMT 727. After the battery replacement it did not communicate with the relay box again. Tried to pair but didnt do it. I follow all the steps according to the attached document, and when I press the OK button in the last step, there is no change in the relay box. The red LED continues to flash. I think running out of battery shouldn't cause it to break down. please can you help me

The pipe on which my TRV is fitted is fixed in concrete so it looks like I’m going to have to lift the radiator as you demonstrated in your video, I know you said if the radiator was short it might move the valve /pipe work at the other end as you lift, my rad is about 2m in length, won’t that be the same? Pipe work on the valve at the other end of the rad is also into the concrete floor.

Its clearly meant to be shoved into the same pipe as the washing drain pipe next to it but probably fell out, 1 second to fix, hardly rocket science.

I have miGenie currently - works perfectly - oil boiler - 3 heating zones wireless thermostats plus wired hot water stat on tank - how do I wire in Hive 2 channel(CH1 +HW) and two extra Hive 1 channels (for CH2 and 3) ? Many thanks, Philip

I have tried to Use the program settings the first one seemed to be okay but then it won’t hold and then it jumps to 2 and has no time and no temperature three also has no time and temperature and then four has a time and a temperature. Where are the times and the temperatures for two and three?
